UCT is an Internet Service Provider offering high-speed data services within the Valdosta, Lake Park and Moody Air Force Base areas. Our founders started an internet service provider company in east-central Florida as an alternative to the traditional incumbent providers. From that beginning they continued to scale the network up the east coast of Florida.  The former SFN and TAP cable and fiber systems in Lowndes County, Georgia presented themselves a perfect platform to continue to offer alternatives to the incumbent providers like AT&T, MediaCom or Hargray.  With some upgrades, the existing network footprint provide us with the opportunity to increase the services to our customer and expand to underserved areas. 

Our first priority at UCT is to focus on providing reliable broadband internet services to our customers.  That starts with increasing the bandwidth available to the network, upgrading equipment and lines and building redundancy into the system.  This will take some time, but we are committed to serve the Valdosta and surrounding areas for a long time.

Today, UCT is serving thousands of customers across the Valdosta area with both coaxial service and fiber to the home or business.  We will continue to upgrade the coaxial service and expand the fiber offerings as well as bring our knowledge of fixed wireless access service to the underserved area of Lowndes County.
